agreement between Standard Heating and Cooling and our priority customers. The
agreement states that we will perform a precision tune-up on the contracted system.

You can lock us into the inflation proof investment of only $88 per system per year, for up to
five years by depositing with us an initial investment of $15 per system per year. The
following is an example for a three year ESA on a gas furnace and central air conditioning.
TOTAL INVESTMENT: $88 (current rate) x 2 systems x 3 years = $528
INITIAL INVESTMENT: $15 x 6 precision tune-ups = $90

Fall - Furnace PTU $88 - $15 = $73 due upon PTU completion
